We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must include all original packaging and tags

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

📦 Damages and Order Issues

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the personal and sensitive nature of cremation urns, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or engraved items

  • Used or unsealed urns

  • Sale items or gift cards

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your desired item is to place a new order after your return is accepted.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • With tags and original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
