We want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please read these return and refund terms carefully before placing your order. This policy applies to all orders placed at aniurn.com and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as you received it
• It must include all original packaging, the velvet storage bag and tags
• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase

2. How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@aniurn.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We will review your request and reply with approval and return instructions, normally within 24 hours.
3. Once approved, ship the item to the address below, and send us the tracking number.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Shipping and personalization are free on all our orders.

• Change of mind / ordered by mistake: the customer pays the return shipping cost. Because the original shipping was free, there is no shipping amount to refund. Import duties, taxes or customs fees paid to the destination country are not refunded by us.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item: we pay the return shipping cost, or send a replacement, at no cost to you.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email support@aniurn.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos (or a short video) of the item and the outer packaging

We will assess the issue and, at your choice, send a replacement or issue a full refund, as quickly as possible.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

Because cremation urns are personal and sensitive products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Customized or personalized items (for example, engraved names, dates, photos, memorial text or paw prints), unless they arrive damaged or defective, or we made an error in the engraving
• Urns that have been used, opened or sealed
• Items returned after the 30-day window or without prior approval

6. Order Cancellations and Personalization

You may cancel an order within 7 days of placing it by emailing support@aniurn.com, as long as production has not started. Once engraving or production of a customized item has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Personalization is free on every order. Please check all spelling, dates and photos carefully before confirming. If the engraving does not match the details you approved, we will correct it at no cost. We are not responsible for errors in the information supplied by the customer.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original once approved and place a new order.

8. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification, in line with applicable consumer law. To exercise this right, email us a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

The item must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. As permitted by EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (such as engraved urns).

If your withdrawal is valid, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that you have sent it back).

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved.

If approved:

• The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days
• Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@aniurn.com with your order number.
